The Xerox high volume Printers and Copiers we provide fall into two categories. 

Used - Good Working Order
Normally, this equipment is coming to us at end of lease.  Due to their operational history, used equipment may possess noticeable cosmetic defects and blemishes, including but not limited to minor dents, scratches, discoloration and signs of age.  They do not contain any documentation or any additional parts and/or accessories.  All our Used Equipment is thoroughly cleaned, thoroughly inspected, tested and restored to full working condition. Any excessively worn or damaged part is replaced.  This equipment is guaranteed not to be dead on arrival. It is not guaranteed for Xerox Service.

Refurbished
All our Refurbished equipment is disassembled, cleaned and inspected. Besides replacing any worn and damaged parts, we also have an extensive mandatory parts list for each model, thus insuring consistent quality in each of our Refurbished Printers or Copiers. Any engineering changes/improvements are installed during the assembly process, where after the Printers or Copiers are painted.

The equipment is then extensively tested and “Made Customer Ready” by calibrating and adjusting the Printer/Copier on samples supplied by the customer (this is especially true for Color Printers or Copiers).

When finished the Printer or Copier is as close to new as humanly possible!

All our Refurbished Printers and Copiers are guaranteed for Xerox FSMA Service in the USA!

What is Xerox FSMA?
Xerox will provide FSMA (Full Service Maintenance agreement) on most of their good used Printers and Copiers. With an FSMA, Xerox will maintain and service the machine as well as supply parts and all consumables other than electricity and paper for the Printer or Copier during the duration of the Maintenance agreement (usually 12 months).

FSMA fees vary from model to model and sometimes consist of a monthly base charge as well as a charge per copy. There are several different fee structure plans to suite individual needs.

However before Xerox will provide an FSMA on a used Printer or Copier the following takes place, irrespective from whom you purchased the equipment.

·          Once the equipment arrives at your facility, a Xerox Technician will inspect the equipment.

·          Should there be any defective parts in the equipment the Technician will provide you with a list of the parts as well as the cost to replace the parts.

·          This could run from $0 to many thousands of $$$. Xerox will not implement an FSMA unless the equipment is restored to or is in good working order.

·          We guarantee that, in the unlikely event, the Xerox Technician should find any defect in our Refurbished equipment during the installation inspection, we shall pay for the parts and labor to make good such defects.

With our Refurbished equipment there will be no costly and unpleasant surprises during inspection!!!
